Red House

This is a two-story contemporary house characterized by striking roof angles, mixed materials, and an adaptation to sloped terrain.

Roof and Form: The house features a unique multi-pitched, asymmetrical roofline with large eaves, giving it a dramatic and dynamic profile. The roof edges are highlighted by integrated strip lighting.

Front Facade (Image 2): The main entrance is highlighted by a wide band of vertical copper or terracotta-colored cladding. This material contrasts with the lighter-toned stone or stucco above. The entry is central, flanked by the colorful panels, and features a tall, modern door.

Side Facade (Image 1): This side is adapted for a steep slope. The upper floor is a dramatic, fully glazed volume with black framing, showcasing the interior space. The lower floor forms a sheltered covered terrace, supported by rough natural stone cladding walls and decorative, angled metal supports.

Materials: The home blends light-colored stucco/stone, bold copper-toned panels, and substantial rough fieldstone cladding, giving it a textural and earthy, yet modern, feel.

The overall design is bold, integrating natural textures with sharp geometric lines and strong lighting.
