Material and Form: The architecture is defined by strong, vertical and horizontal lines. The primary material is a substantial, textured light gray or pale stone/concrete block cladding.

Design Features: Vertical structural elements extend slightly above the roofline, framing the facade and creating a sense of rhythm. Warmth is introduced through the use of vertical wood slatting used as cladding in recessed upper sections and on balconies.

Ground Floor: Features tall windows and a recessed main entrance door. Each unit includes a dedicated garage bay with a black roll-up door.

Upper Floor: Includes windows and small private balconies with light metal railings.
